read moreUsha Filters Carbon Panel Filters are specially designed for odor control and gaseous contaminant removal applications in HVAC and industrial ventilation systems. These filters are manufactured using specially impregnated activated carbon granules selected as per the specific odor, gas or chemical contaminant to be treated.
The filter is constructed in a robust metallic panel design without conventional filter media, allowing maximum exposure of activated carbon granules to the airflow for superior adsorption efficiency and longer contact time.
These filters are ideal for applications requiring targeted odor treatment, VOC removal and chemical adsorption.

Working Principle
Contaminated air passes directly through the activated carbon granules where odor molecules, VOCs, fumes and harmful gases are adsorbed within the porous carbon structure. The specially impregnated carbon enhances adsorption efficiency for targeted contaminants such as ammonia, sulfur compounds, acidic gases and chemical vapors.
Since no conventional filtration media is used, airflow directly interacts with the carbon bed for maximum odor treatment efficiency.
