USHA Filters was founded in 1982 by my father, Late Shri Yateendra Kumar Gupta, with a simple but deeply meaningful purpose — to provide clean, reliable air filtration solutions built on integrity and quality.
Life had its own plans, and after his untimely demise, my mother carried the responsibility of the business forward with remarkable strength and commitment, preserving not just the company, but the values on which it was built. After completing my education, when she handed over the responsibility to me, she said just one thing:
“Never compromise on quality and commitments.”
